As the new Le Petit Ganache from LU hit shelves we needed to drive excitement of the launch, encouraging Brits to try the new biscuit for themselves.
The idea
Taking inspiration from the product’s surprise chocolatey centre, we delighted biscuit lovers by creating our very own chocolatey surprise in the form of LU’s Le Petit Ganache Pâtisserie.
Disguised from the outside, with breadcrumbs of clues left across media and social to build excitement in the run up, we opened the doors to our classically French Pâtisserie for one day in London. Guests were delighted with a thoroughly chocolatey experience with a surprise appearance from brand ambassador and TV presenter Fred Sirieix. Quelle Surprise!
The launch was underpinned by research to highlight how Brits love a little everyday surprise in tandem with a hardworking product press office.
